Our self-help group:

The Group meets online twice a week and in person on the first Thursday of each month. We offer a supportive place for free exchange of information, experiences and feelings about eating problems. The meetings are confidential, free, and open to all. Whether you are a sufferer or someone supporting a sufferer, you are welcome to join.

How often do I have to attend?

You are welcome to attend as many times as you want. Some people attend once, some occasionally and some regularly. Recovery is a continual and often a slow process.
