Amersham Self-Help Group
In light of the current Coronavirus situation we have taken the decision to temporarily suspend our self-help groups.
Please be assured that whilst we cant meet in person for the foreseeable future, we are very much available over the telephone and email.
Do reach out to us by either of these means.
Wishing you all the very best,
The team at Eating Disorders Support
The Group meets regularly twice a month and offers a supportive place for free exchange of information, experiences and feelings about eating problems. The meetings are confidential and open to all. Whether you are a sufferer or someone supporting a sufferer, you can just turn up.
How often do I have to attend?
You are welcome to come as many times as you want. Some people come once, some occasionally and some regularly. Recovery is a continual and often a slow process.
Where are the meetings held?
Amersham Friends Meeting House
Time: 7.15 for 7.30pm - 9.00pm
Date: 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month
Cost: The meetings are free, but a voluntary contribution is appreciated (up to £2 suggested)
