Amersham Self-Help Group
The Group meets regularly and offers a supportive place for free exchange of information, experiences and feelings about eating problems. The meetings are completely confidential and open to all. Whether you are a sufferer or someone supporting a sufferer, you can just turn up.
How often do I have to attend?
You are welcome to come as few or as many times as you want. Some people come once, some occasionally and some regularly. Recovery is a continual - and often a slow process.

How do I get there?
Location: the Stokebury Centre is a single-storey building opposite the Tesco Car Park in Old Amersham.
By public transport: bus services from many areas stop around the corner from the Centre and there is a rail and London Underground station at Amersham-on-the-Hill about 10 minutes walk away.
By car: coming from the by-pass on the Beaconsfield Road, turn right on the Tesco roundabout and the Stokebury Centre is the fourth building on the right hand side. It has its own car park.
